AD-Men combines many years of experience in managing executive search firms with the latest IT and telecommunications technologies.

AD-MEN is easy to use because it was created with the help of executive recruitment specialists just as well as IT specialists. Thus, the terminology used by AD-MEN is your terminology. As we constantly aim at satisfying your preferences, AD-MEN is undergoing permanent improvement.

You may find a document by any keyword without any previous input
Fully integrated into AD-Men, Electronic Document Management offers a possibility to store all sorts of documents, match them with people, companies and assignments, and share these pieces of information in your office. Full Text, a powerful research engine helps you find one or more of these documents by any word(s) present in their text.

Fast and intuitive, AD-Men enables you to get to the point
AD-Men’sinput display screens are designed in a way that you can create and update your data with less effort. With the help of a full Conditions module you can impress any specific data needed in the workflow: short list applicants, applicant details tab, financial status etc. You can also create Excel tables automatically according to your templates. The powerful Query allows you to combine different search criteria easily or to combine structured search with Full Text search. Acknowledgements of receipt may be sent automatically via email or according to your Word templates.

AD-Men can be enriched automatically through a CV recognition system
The association between AD-Men and Sovren allows you to enrich your People AD-Men database automatically, intelligently and without any input. A module saves your work by analysing CV and extracting information. All you need to do is select the applicants to save in AD-Men and validate the work done by Sovren.

A mailbox is combined with the Electronic Document Management
AD-Men enables you to receive automatically all the emails arriving at a general email address. The CVs that you receive and select from this inbox are directly transferred to the Documents database. With the help of a Full Text search you can later find any CV or email in this Documents database without any input.

Little or no input is needed to create folders for applicant files
Based on Word templates that can have different settings, this module allows you to create Applicant Files that present the data stored in Ad-Men applicant folders automatically. Soon you can add your own comments to the folder that you have recently created.

Multiple Criteria Search
You may run a complex search easily due to a fully customisable search module.

Saving queries
Particularly complex queries or very common queries can be saved for further use with or without modifications.

Allocating a query result to an assignment
After performing a query in the candidate database, full or partial results can be directly allocated to an assignment with a simple ‘drag and drop’.

Monitoring assignments*
All the information related to a certain assignment is shown on a single display. At a simple glance you may monitor how each candidature evolves in relation to an assignment.

Managing spontaneous applications
A quick and specific input display helps you manage spontaneous applications and print an email shot based on a Word template.

Sending acknowledgements of receipt
A quick-input display allows you to integrate the applications sent in response to your assignments and send them acknowledgements on a daily basis.

Customising query modules
Once the Administrator has applied the settings, all users will be able to use clear wording when running a complex search.

Monitoring assignments undertaken for a client
A unique screen offers the possibility of viewing all the assignments you have been entrusted by a client.

Quick-input displays
Quick-input displays are designed as CVs on paper and there are shortcuts related to references.

AD-Men, your "personal assistant"

AD-Men provides customised help for all your colleagues at your recruitement agency.

Bringing your personal « to-do list » up to date
AD-Men allows you to schedule your tasks: both the tasks you have completed and the tasks to do; your tasks as well as the tasks you have delegated to one of your colleagues… these are called « Actions ». AD-Men then schedules your daily to-do list and saves the history of the tasks already completed.

Even if AD-Men is not running, AD-ACTIONS warns you fifteen minutes before the task is due. In parallel with this, you have the history of the completed tasks recorded.

Helping you keep track of figures
AD-Men aids you in keeping track of turnover by client: invoicing processes can be followed in their integrity while the turnover is calculated automatically. The system provides full cost management for each assignment.

AD-Men, an open solution

All data stored in AD-Men can be easily exploited with software you use every day (Word, Excel, Power Point, mail softwares…).

Sending an email shot
If you select a group of people from the database, AD-Men allows you to send them an email shot in Word with ease.
The customised templates are already at your disposal. You can also customise the templates at your own convenience – in cooperation with the AD-RH team, as a matter of fact.

Connection with the Internet
You can send emails from AD-Men, of which your own mail software will be automatically informed.

Storing and sharing documents
AD-Men is able to store all your documents concerning applicants, assignments, companies (CVs, presentation letters, propositions, contracts etc.) and will thus release the burden of searching for such documents.

By simply asking us we can customise your software package to present all your necessary information on a point by point basis. It will therefore be easy to use your own “department statistics” or “follow-ups”.

Our expertise enables us to train all of your staff from the newest trainee to the most experienced consultant. Our approach is personalised, practical and highly efficient. A real hand in hand accompaniment.

The installation of a new software package inevitably raises certain problems due to a change in work organisation. We are there to help during these minor outset problems for example in the management of a CV life cycle in your company. We have also developed know how in the homogenisation of sector codes and function codes.
At AD-RH we know that a few hours consecrated to the definition of a coherent words list will be determinant for the future quality of your word searches.
